Twenty-eight scholarships were awarded by the Brian LaViolette Scholarship Foundation to students of Northeastern Wisconsin in 2000.
These included: Scholarships, Inc. Distinguished Student Awards at Green Bay West, Green Bay East, Green Bay Southwest, Green Bay Preble, Notre Dame Academy, Ashwaubenon, De Pere, West De Pere, Bay Port, Pulaski, Wrightstown, Denmark, New London, Southern Door, Gibraltar, Washington Island, Sturgeon Bay and Sevastopol. Students of Oconto and Suring High Schools and St. Norbert College were awarded scholarships, as well as, the Boys and Girls Club Youth of the Year.
