James Robinson

James F. Robinson is President of Wisconsin Ordnance Works, LTD (a Prime Defense Contractor and former subsidiary of Metals Engineering, Inc.) and managing partner in the firm Patriot Partners, Inc. He previously served as President of Metals Engineering, Inc. - sold in 2019) and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tufco Technologies, Inc., a $100MM contract manufacturer having operations in WI and NC.

Jim also spent several years as a business consultant, working with company executives to improve financial performance and build a foundation of operational excellence in the manufacturing sector, and has held multiple commercial leadership roles in multi-national companies. He was a founding member of Hygenitec, LLC., a Wisconsin-based manufacturer, sold in 2005.

In the past Jim served as a director on the board of Independent Printing Company, Inc. and as the Chairman of the Board for the Transformation House.  He is currently a mentor in the Green Bay Packers Mentor/Protege Program, and serves on the advisory boards of the Brian LaViolette Scholarship Foundation and Bradford Equities Management, LLC. He received a BA in Business Administration/Economics from Lakeland University, attended graduate school in Mexico, and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. Jim ("JR") enjoys playing guitar, writing music, riding his Harley (WI weather permitting), and staying fit.
